Thanks to the high volume of national and international projects PANMOBIL extended their manpower as well as their facilities so the service department will be able to provide its achievement potential.

Your contact at service department is Mr. Fabian Schönhoff who is responsible for the first – level support. He will also coordinate operating questions to development and other technicians.
Mr. Schönhoff is NOT responsible for actual development - projects. This will be your contact at our sales department.

In case of service we will try to cover your service call by phone. If our service manager decides to ask you to return your device for further inspection to our service center in Collogne you will receive a so called “RMA – number” and a special pre - filled form which has to be signed and returned by the customer. This form includes the RMA - number.
Starting from Sept. 1st 2011 we only accept Service – deliveries with these RMA – numbers. This number has to be seen from outside the package.

PANMOBIL received a high volume of daily material deliveries for our voluminous production. To keep the service – time and - costs as low as possible it is absolutely necessary to notice the RMA – number from outside the package. So please mark the number OUTSIDE the box.
By talking to our service – hotline you will receive an email which includes the RMA – number. This number speeds up the service – process at PANMOBIL as described. Internally we are able to allocate your service – call to your device. This helps to recheck your device for further inspection.
