It requires a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) for the exchange of an item. This you will receive by phone from our support hotline. If a troubleshooting by phone is not possible you can send the device to our service center in cologne.
Therefore you receive an explicit RMA number from our service staff. Only with this RMA number we can assure you an efficient processing of your service case. Your shipment can be classified directly and thereby processed faster. Please identify your shipment on the outside in each case with the assigned RMA number of PANMOBIL for example in the envelope window or conspicuous directly on the package.
